My latest non-fiction is a compilation of numerous trips that I have taken over the last fourteen years. Once I graduated from anesthesia school in 2007, my employer provided all Certified Nurse Anesthetists with money for educational trips. Consequently, my first adventure in this book details a medical mission trip to Guatemala. For the non-medically oriented, the medical language may be a little off putting for you. But hold on or just skip that chapter as none of the rest of my little jaunts are medically oriented, at least for the reader. I include all the ups and downs of our travels, not just the high points. If you have never been able to travel and really wanted to, this is the book for you. Or if you can no longer travel, experience those moments from the security of your recliner.
